The Twilight Saga hit it big at the MTV awards held on June 6th, 2010. New Moon snagged the trophy for Best Movie. Kristen Stewart won for Best Female Performance and Robert Pattinson for Best Male Performance and together they took the Best Kiss award for the New Moon film. Robert Pattinson also received MTV’s “golden popcorn” for Global Superstar.
Anna Kendrick, who plays Jessica in the Twilight Saga, was Best Breakout Star winner for her role in Up in the Air.
Robert Pattinson celebrates his 24th birthday today. In just over a month Robert will be back on the big screen as Edward Cullen in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

Remember Me with Robert Pattinson fell to 10th place in gross box office revenues this past weekend, which was only the second weekend of the film’s run. The Runaways with Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning was a distant 18th in revenues, although the movie was only in limited release.
Remember Me with Robert Pattinson enjoyed a modest 8.3 million debut this past weekend. Summit Entertainment, the company behind Remember Me and The Twilight Saga films, spent only 16 million on the recent Pattinson flick. The film was fourth in revenue behind blockbuster Alice in Wonderland, Green Zone and She’s Out of My League.
Don’t forget Robert Pattinson’s new film hits theatres in the USA and Canada today. Remember Me is a romantic drama about a man coping with family tragedy and a woman who has overcome similar misfortune. The movie co-stars Emile De Ravin who is best known for her role as Claire Littleton on the TV show Lost. Also in Remember Me are Adaptation’s Chris Cooper and Mama Mia! actor Pierce Brosnan. Remember Me marks Robert Pattinson’s first time as both star and executive producer of a film.
Today Summit Entertainment released the official trailer for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Get your first glimpse of Bryce Dallas Howard as villain vampire Victoria. Now we have to wait until June 30th to see the rest unless they release another trailer before then!
Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were all nominated together for Worst Screen Couple at this year’s Razzie Awards which took place on Saturday, March 6th. The trio of The Twilight Saga: New Moon lost the award to All About Steve couple Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper. Billy Ray Cyrus took home a Razzie for Worst Supporting Actor in Hannah Montana: The Movie, ousting nominee Robert Pattinson for his performance as Edward Cullen in the 2009 Twilight sequel. New Moon was nominated but failed to win in the categories of Worst Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel and Worst Screenplay; those awards went to Land of the Lost and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen respectively.
