Remember Me with Robert Pattinson fell to 10th place in gross box office revenues this past weekend, which was only the second weekend of the film’s run. The Runaways with Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning was a distant 18th in revenues, although the movie was only in limited release.

For the second night in a row Dakota Fanning visited Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Dakota had been there the night before to support her friend Kristen Stewart who was guest on the show. In her interview Dakota talked about performing her own vocals for The Runaways and schooled Jimmy on how to do the microphone swing made famous by Cherie Currie.

Dakota Fanning promoted her new film, The Runaways, on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show yesterday. The seasoned actress talked about turning sixteen and thanked Leno for the birthday gift–a record player. She revealed that her birthday dinner was spent with Cherie Currie whom she plays in the movie and who is now a chainsaw artist. Jay showed the upcoming cover of V magazine that features Dakota and ended the interview with a clip from The Runaways in which Dakota and Kristen Stewart, as Cherie Currie and Joan Jett, meet for the first time.

Today Summit Entertainment released the official trailer for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Get your first glimpse of Bryce Dallas Howard as villain vampire Victoria. Now we have to wait until June 30th to see the rest unless they release another trailer before then!

Kristen Stewart wore a black minidress for her appearance on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show. She talked to Jay about her recent visit to England for the BAFTA awards, her role in the movie Panic Room and her throat-clearing moment at the Oscars. Kristen told Leno she wears her heart on her sleeve and is incapable of acting when she’s not, well, acting. As for The Runaways, Kristen said she spent three weeks with rocker Joan Jett learning her postures and tics. Jay then played a clip from the new film where Kristen sings “I love playing with fire”.
Dakota Fanning will take her turn on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this Friday, March 12th. Dakota stars as Cherie Currie in The Runaways alongside Kristen Stewart. Dakota is known to Twilight fans for her portrayal of Jane in the New Moon and Eclipse movies.
