The Twilight Saga hit it big at the MTV awards held on June 6th, 2010. New Moon snagged the trophy for Best Movie. Kristen Stewart won for Best Female Performance and Robert Pattinson for Best Male Performance and together they took the Best Kiss award for the New Moon film. Robert Pattinson also received MTV’s “golden popcorn” for Global Superstar.
Anna Kendrick, who plays Jessica in the Twilight Saga, was Best Breakout Star winner for her role in Up in the Air.

Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart appeared at last night’s Academy Awards ceremony to present a tribute to horror films. Also in attendance was castmate Anna Kendrick who plays Bella Swan’s chatty friend Jessica in the Twilight Saga movies. Anna was nominated in the category of Actress in a Supporting Role for her performance in Up In the Air with George Clooney. Anna lost, but went on to present awards for Sound Editing and Sound Mixing along with actor Zac Efron.
